Step 1: Creation of Profile (Mandatory)
On the login screen, click " New Customer?? Click here" for signing up.
- Scroll down through the Terms & Conditions and put a tick mark ( √ ) for agreement and press " I Agree" button to move ahead for Profile Creation.
- Fill up the Sign Up Form with correct information. Make sure you type in Nepali in the required fields. Otherwise the data will be treated as INVALID.
- After filling up the form, press the icon "Create My Account" which will give you a unique CUSTOMER CODE. Note down the CUSTOMER CODE in a safe place. This code will identify you by our system for all further processes.
Step 2: Applying for Shares/Securities (Mandatory)
- Sign In to the login page, navigate the menu on the top and Goto Services > Apply Share
- Fill the form with required kitta and submit the form.
- Now, Print the Form and put an Applicant's Signature. (That comprises of your Customer Id, Application Number and required details)
- Visit any Collection Center along with the Printed Form and the following documents/details:
- CUSTOMER CODE
- Original Citizenship Certificate,
- Photocopy of the Citizenship Certificate,
- 1 pp size Photograph of the Applicant and
- The amount of fund required (CASH/Cheque).
- Keep the receipt/acknowledged slip provided by the Collection Center for future reference.
Step 3: Amending the Exiting Profile (Optional)
- On the login screen, enter your CUSTOMER CODE along with the password mentioned during registration process and press " Login" button.
- Go to Settings > Profile Settings to update your profile (Bank A/c No., Bank Name etc.) if needed.
