NMB Bank as part of its drive to create a shift towards Smart Banking has launched account/Fixed Deposit (FD) opening and renewal service through Viber messaging platform. Amidst the ongoing Covid-19 scenario, the service is one of the many initiatives that the Bank has lined up to create an environment for customers to opt for easy and smart banking whilst simultaneously ensuring safety and security.

This is one of the most interactive products launched by the Bank, where customers can digitally open their Savings and FD accounts using Viber*.
Product offers following features:
FD Tenure ranging from 3 months to 5 years
Renewal of existing FD, after expiry of such existing FD, can also be initiated via Viber.
