Kathmandu, Nepal – NMB Bank now allows customers to track their retail and MSME loan application in real time, eliminating the need to visit a branch or call for updates.
NMB Bank's customers receive a tracking number upon their loan document submission. They can then visit website, then go to Digital Services, and select Online Loan Tracking to check their loan status anytime or go through the link https://digi.nmb.com.np/loan-tracker to check loan status.
The bank believes this digital shift will save customers significant time and provide full transparency.
NMB Bank has been providing services to its customers through a network of 202 branches, 184 ATMs, and 9 extension counters across the country.
