Step 1: After 6 month from the account open date, bank shall inform customers via message, e-mail and/or phone calls about their eligibility for the cash back.
Step 2: Then customer will visit the nearest branch of NMB bank, where they should submit following documents:
• Copy of original VAT bill (Original bill should also be presented at the branch for verification)
• Completely filled yearly health/ medical checkup claim form (Provided by the bank)
Step 3: The amount shall be reimbursed within 30 days after the presentment of the above mentioned documents to the concerned unit.
